- Fraud or scams
- False mineral listings
- Misrepresentation of ownership
- Misrepresentation of mining rights, claims, permits or licences
- Illegal mineral trading
- Money laundering
- Sanctions violations
- Spam, harassment, threats or hate speech
- Uploading unlawful or infringing content
- Attempting to hack, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the platform
- Using the platform to deceive buyers, sellers, investors or counterparties
MineLink Specific
You must not post fake projects, fake buyers, fake sellers, fake assays, fake permits, stolen images, false claims of ownership or misleading investment opportunities.
Enforcement
FuelCore South Africa reserves the right to suspend or remove any account, content, listing or subscription that breaches this Policy, and to report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.
