These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MetalPulse, MineLink and any related websites, dashboards, calculators, reports, subscription tools, networking features, marketplace tools and AI-generated outputs operated by FuelCore South Africa.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan or using any FuelCore service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Subscription Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
4. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You must provide accurate, complete and current account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Paid plans are Pro (USD 9.99/month), Business (USD 49.99/month) and Enterprise (USD 99.99/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated and renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to be billed. Access may be restricted if payment fails.
6. PayPal Payments
Subscriptions are processed via PayPal. PayPal’s own terms apply to payments. FuelCore does not store full payment card details.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and completeness of any information you enter, upload, post or share, including tonnages, grades, payables, costs, assays, company details, mineral rights information, images, documents, posts and messages.
8. MetalPulse Tools and Limitations
MetalPulse provides indicative commodity pricing, ore valuation, market trend and decision-support tools only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, assay, geological, mining technical or professional advice. All outputs are indicative; users must independently verify before acting.
9. MineLink Networking and User-Generated Content
MineLink lets users create profiles, post, message and interact. FuelCore does not verify or guarantee the truth, ownership, legality or quality of user-generated content. Users are responsible for due diligence on any counterparty, opportunity or listing.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not use the platform for fraud, scams, illegal mineral trading, false listings, misleading claims, money laundering, sanctions violations, spam, harassment, threats, hate speech, infringing content, or attempts to hack, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the platform. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, content, design, branding and trademarks of MetalPulse, MineLink and FuelCore South Africa are owned by or licensed to FuelCore. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant FuelCore a non-exclusive licence to host, display and use it to operate the service.
12. Third-Party Data and APIs
Some data is provided by third-party APIs, exchanges, data feeds or news sources. FuelCore is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, delay, outage or terms.
13. Platform Availability
FuelCore does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party outage, cybersecurity incident or factors beyond our reasonable control.
14. No Professional Advice
MetalPulse and MineLink provide tools and information only. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal, tax, assay, geological, mining technical or professional advice.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelCore is not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data, trading losses, failed transactions, rejected ore, user disputes, market losses or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FuelCore South Africa, its owners, directors, employees and agents against any claim, loss, damage or cost arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or content you upload or share.
17. Termination or Suspension of Accounts
FuelCore may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Subscription Terms, applicable law, or that engages in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
18. Changes to Services and Pricing
FuelCore may add, change, restrict, replace or discontinue any feature, data source, plan or price with reasonable notice where practicable.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
