1. Informational and Decision-Support Purposes Only
MetalPulse, MineLink and related FuelCore services are provided for general informational, analytical, networking, communication and commercial decision-support purposes only.
None of these services constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, mining technical advice, geological advice, metallurgical advice, assay certification, valuation certification, broker advice or professional consulting advice unless separately agreed in writing under a signed professional services agreement.
Users must not rely on any FuelCore platform as the sole basis for making financial, investment, mining, trading, export, purchase, sale, partnership, funding, project, employment, contractual or commercial decisions.

MetalPulse may display spot prices, cash prices, 3-month prices, futures prices, benchmark prices, index prices, forecast prices, news-implied prices, proxy prices, manual prices or converted prices. Different markets and providers may quote different prices for the same metal.
Any MetalPulse ore valuation, margin calculation, payable calculation, stockpile valuation, buyer comparison, maximum buying price, grade cut-off, transport-to-port calculation or forecast is indicative only. Actual transaction value may differ materially due to assay results, sampling, moisture, penalty elements, recovery, payables, TC/RC, deductions, logistics, exchange rates, taxes, financing, buyer terms, contract terms, market movement, regulatory compliance, rejection or dispute.
No MetalPulse output should be treated as a certified valuation, assay certificate, resource statement, reserve statement, feasibility study, bankable report, guaranteed sale value or binding commercial offer.
4. Forecasts, Signals and AI Outputs Are Not Guarantees
Any buy / hold / sell / market / wait / bullish / bearish / sideways / trend / forecast / AI-generated response / market bias / 30-day or 90-day outlook / news-implied suggestion shown on MetalPulse is indicative only. Markets are uncertain and may move against any forecast or signal. Users remain fully responsible for their own decisions.
5. MineLink User Content and Networking Disclaimer
MineLink may allow users to create profiles, publish posts, share opportunities, communicate, list projects, contact other users, share documents, upload images, advertise services, discuss transactions or participate in mining-related networking.
FuelCore South Africa does not guarantee the truth, accuracy, legality, ownership, quality, reliability or completeness of any user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for verifying counterparties, conducting due diligence, confirming company registration, mineral ownership, mining rights, claims, licences or permits, assay results, legal authority to sell, export/regulatory requirements, contracts, payment terms, transaction risk and confidential information.
FuelCore South Africa is not responsible for fraud, misrepresentation, failed transactions, non-payment, disputes, illegal listings, false claims, rejected material, loss of opportunity, user misconduct, breach of contract or any loss arising from user interaction on MineLink.
6. No Buyer, Seller, Investor or Transaction Guarantee
FuelCore South Africa does not guarantee that any user will find a buyer, seller, investor, financier, offtaker, transporter, broker, mine, project, customer, partner, employee, contractor or commercial opportunity through any FuelCore service. Any transaction, negotiation, sale or partnership is done at the user’s own risk. FuelCore is not a party to user transactions unless expressly agreed in a separate signed written agreement.
7. Third-Party Data, Links and Services
FuelCore platforms may rely on third-party APIs, exchanges, data providers, websites, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, AI systems, news sources, financial data sources and other external services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, availability, delay, outage, pricing methodology, actions, content, policies or terms of any third-party service.
8. User Inputs and Responsibility
Many outputs depend on information entered, uploaded or selected by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring all entered or uploaded information is accurate, lawful and complete, including tons, grades, payables, costs, locations, assays, exchange rates, buyer terms, logistics assumptions, company details, project information, mineral rights information, images, documents, posts and messages.

Use of MetalPulse, MineLink or any related FuelCore service does not create a broker-client, adviser-client, attorney-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, joint venture, partnership, agency, employment or professional relationship between the user and FuelCore South Africa.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FuelCore South Africa, MetalPulse, MineLink, their owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, developers, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, cost or expense arising from or connected to the use of any FuelCore platform or service. This includes loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data, trading losses, market losses, incorrect valuation, incorrect pricing, failed transactions, rejected ore, buyer or seller disputes, fraud, transport or export losses, reliance on forecasts, signals, user-generated content or third-party data, system downtime, cybersecurity incidents and indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

All FuelCore South Africa services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the platform, data, calculations, forecasts, reports, user content, availability, fitness for purpose, merchantability, accuracy, non-infringement or commercial outcome.
12. Reports and Shared Outputs
Any PDF report, valuation report, dashboard screenshot, exported calculation, AI-generated response, buyer comparison, stockpile valuation, MineLink profile, project listing or shared platform output is indicative and informational only and must not be presented as a certified valuation, audited financial report, legal opinion, assay certificate, resource or reserve statement, guaranteed sales offer or verified transaction document unless separately certified by a qualified professional.
13. Subscriptions and Access
Paid subscriptions provide access to software features, tools, dashboards, reports, calculators, networking tools and decision-support functionality. A subscription does not guarantee profit, successful transactions, buyer access, investor access, market accuracy, uninterrupted data, verified counterparties or any commercial outcome. FuelCore South Africa reserves the right to change, suspend, restrict, replace, remove or discontinue any feature, data source, pricing model, plan, report, tool or service where necessary.
