Because MetalPulse and MineLink provide digital services, subscriptions, data access, calculators, reports and software access, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law or approved by FuelCore South Africa in its sole discretion.
Refunds May Be Considered
- A duplicate payment was made.
- A technical billing error occurred.
- You were charged after confirmed cancellation.
- The platform was materially unavailable due to a verified system fault.

- Change of mind
- Failure to use the service
- User misunderstanding of tools
- Incorrect user inputs
- Market losses
- Unsuccessful transactions
- Disagreement with forecasts, calculations or signals
- Cancellation after renewal has already occurred
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted with the user’s account email, payment reference and reason for request to trade@fuelcore.na. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
