Billing

- Users may cancel according to the payment provider’s process.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.
- Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise configured.
- FuelCore South Africa may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
- Subscription access depends on successful payment confirmation.
- Failed payments may result in restricted or suspended access.
Status Changes
If a subscription is cancelled, suspended, expired or payment fails, your account status will be updated accordingly and access to paid features may be restricted.
