Issuing authority: Ministry of Mines & Minerals Development and Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA).
- Mining licence (large or small scale)
- Export permit (Mines & Minerals Dev)
- ZRA customs entry
- Certificate of Origin (COMESA / SADC)
- ASYCUDA declaration
- Independent assay
- Transit bond Zambia→Tanzania
- Bill of Lading
